Guess what?! I will be in Plattsburgh tommorow afternoon, to all those who have interest. Rachael, Quinten and I. Christmas was a blast. I’ll tell you later about it in detail. I have to get up early tommorow so no late night for me (late = 4:00am) Anywho, God is good. Life is good. Rory(my car) is good too. Sleep well.

As you haven’t already noticed….I HAVE NOT UPDATED IN A LONG FREAKIN’ TIME!!!!
Sooo sorry. Well, I guess I should (wait a sec, JAY is being an asshole and telling me not to remind you of how long its been, that being said…) tell you about what’s been going on I finished all my classes and finals. I really don’t want to know my grades but, oh well. It’s over. Thank God. Anywho, I spent the last week over at Rachael’s house and had a wonderful. I had a lot of fun with the love of my life, her little ball of joy (Quinten) and her family. I finally finished Christmas shopping, went home (to Plattsburgh) and saw my friends and family. As of tommorow I will be making a voyage of five hours to go back to the Rachael’s house and enjoy the holidays. Merry Christmas and all other holidays of religious, ethnic and unholy holidays.
I don’t know when the next time I will update but soon, very soon.
COOL RUNNINGS”!!!! – Sanka
Well, well it’s been a long time indeed, too long some would say but, I would tell you that the good book says “Patience is a virtue”. Good things come to those who wait, well in the case of my Blogg that would be a backward-ass lie. I am sorry no good thing usually ever pop’s up when I am writing the dialog (At least, that’s what I assume.) I guess I should tell you I’ve been having a wonderful time here at school or something novel like that, so all my young readers would be apt to plunge headfirst into the learned circle. Nothing could be further from the truth; I am sooooo freakin’ happy that this is my last week. I have one paper left to write (due way too soon) and one final then, well then baby its smooth sailin’ all the way to the Caribbean! I guess I should tell you about my weekend, eager young minds and fellow partakers in the sacred and holy art of blogging. It was glorious. That’s right I said it, glorious. Jay, Dan, Sarah, Danielle and I had a wonderful time we had a little “parrr-tay” at Sarah’s apt. On Saturday I slept in and started my research for my paper and got sick of it late in the evening, I think I went to Jason’s house for about 3-4 hrs. We went to go see Evan and had ourselves a little gaming fun, plus it was very nice to see the “E-Dogg” it had been a while. I returned home about 1:00am and talked to Rachael way into the evening. Sunday, I opted out of church (I really didn’t want to but, the paper needed to be done) I started my paper around 11-12 something and finally finished around 6-7:00pm. I don’t remember what I did that night, I think I read some Calvin and Hobbes and went to bed. Monday, I got up, folded clothes, fixed last minutes errors on my paper oh, I remember on Sunday night Jason looked over my paper and made corrections for me, then I drove home and slept. Woo for memory! Anywho, I went to wal*mart picked up a gift for Quentin. Its Quinn’s and Rachael’s birthday on the 17th. I finally drove through some crappy roads, made it to Albany. Oi! I cannot wait until Friday. Happy Chanukah!!!
Before, I go into my diatribe, I was inspired, uplifted and encouraged by this post from Webmaster and Blogging whip Jay Roberts. Read it and feel the Glory!
…Good day my droogies. It has been a little while since I last posted beyond a little update of my weekends so I thought what the glory, why not?! Today I had the day off and was eager to start an eight-page paper and get it finished before the weekend so I would have no worries about school for the next few days but, sadly I did not do it. It’s not because I am one of those people who put things off till last minute believe me, if anything I am always engrossed in time. Time for this and time for that but, it also comes as a double-standard as most things do in my life, I plan ahead for everything, except when it comes to making a schedule of things I will do on a weekend or when will I go off hunting, or when I will make a list of my favorite actors and actresses for Rachael. I did mention though that everything I do has a double-standard almost. Now when it comes to important things, I always plan ahead, ask any of my friends or family. If you were to check the trunk of my car it would give you the idea that I could flee the country overnight, sleeping bag, food, water, clothes and other odds and ends. Or my planned road trip with Rachael in the year 2020. Even though we don’t care to admit it we all have double-standards, double-standards when it comes to classes (We will study hard for one but, if one is less important to us or if it is a bird class we will rarely attend) work and pretty much every other aspect of our lives. If you don’t believe it think to yourself of your best friend, girlfriend, fiancée, mechanic…For example: (I am going to use my good pal because, it’s a double-standard anyone else would get pissed off.) I let Jay (webmaster extraordinaire) borrow one of my cd’s for the radio show (I think it was probably a Toasters album) and I know Jay he didn’t mean to but, he held onto it for probably three months before, I got it back. If you know me, I am anal-retentive when it comes to my music collection, if something is missing for more than a few hours, I will know and will kick ass and take names to the person who took my stuff but, it being Jay I could’ve cared less. He’s my friend: A double-standard. Aren’t you glad that God doesn’t care whether it’s the Pope or John Q. Hobo we’re all the same in His eyes?!
As Romans 3:9-12 reads:
“What shall we conclude then? Are we any better? Not at all! We have already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under sin.
As it is written:
“There is no one righteous, not even one;
there is no one who understands,
no one who seeks God.
All have turned away,
they have together become worthless;
there is no one who does good,
not even one.”
I for one am glad of this. So all I have to really say when this all boils down is: Instead of living a double-standard, live like Christ. I know harder than it sounds but, press on, press on.
