Oh Danny Boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling…

My fellow partakers of the blogging community and all over I thought I needed to share something with you. On June 23rd, 2005 a great man died, my friend Jesse. I met Jesse my junior year of college at the University at Albany, he was one of the first people to introduce me to Campus Ambassadors and Impact ministries. Jesse befriended me from the beginning, he was a great person and a mighty man of God. Jesse and I went to lunch together a few times and invited me to his Bible studies, I regret now only attending a few, he was always a friendly face in a land of strangers on campus to me. I wish I would have gotten a chance to know him better, he had a bout with kidney failure and I was told he went peacefully with a smile on his face.
To a man who showed the love of God to a stranger,
I’ll see you on the other side brother.
